This tool enables our clients to view exactly what is happening to each account at any given time, simplifying and speeding up the process of reporting. It covers everything from initial setup and tender to contract compliance, all the way through to invoice verification.

For simplicity we have designed a bar with each significant point calibrated, as each stage is completed the bar is filled in clearly identifying the present stage and those still to be completed.

We have incorporated a new help desk and liaison team to fully service this interactive lifecycle, ensuring our level of service is improved and maintained at strict levels of adherence.

The lifecycle tool demonstrates how highly developed our bespoke software is allowing for full transparency and online interaction.
