MyUtility is the resident portal within Eutility's SmartInvoicing service. Each client gets its own branded portal. Residents receive an email invitation, then have view-only access to their balance, payment and BPAY details, current and past invoices as PDFs, and usage charts. All billing control stays with the embedded network operator.

No. MyUtility gives residents view-only access to their account, invoices and usage, and they cannot make changes or take actions in the portal. All billing decisions and account changes stay with the client or embedded network operator, which keeps control and compliance with the party responsible for the network.
