SmartView is Eutility's online energy portal. It shows near real-time electricity usage and demand for every site on any device, along with monthly reporting and your contract and invoice history in one place. Existing clients log in at smartview.eutility.com.au using the SmartView Login link in the site navigation.

Eutility's SmartValidation service automatically checks every invoice against your contracted rates and meter reads. When a charge doesn't line up, it is flagged and our team pursues the credit with your retailer on your behalf. We also provide accruals, forecasting and budget tracking, so overcharges are caught before they cost you.

SmartEnergy is an optional managed analytics suite on top of SmartView, covering network tariff reviews, invoice verification, engineer-reviewed usage and demand alerts, and budget forecasts. SmartEnergy Lite is the scaled-down version for sites without gate-meter data from the retailer or network, using an installed shadow meter for a reliable daily feed.

Yes. Eutility's SmartWater service brings water invoices from multiple water authorities, councils and landlords into one system of record, viewable in SmartView. It checks for errors such as duplicate billing and incorrect balances brought forward, keeps a single register of sites, accounts and meters, and supports changes of ownership.
